What to pack for your 3-day Sipi Falls Tour

When packing for your Sipi Falls tour, prioritize items that can handle wet conditions and these include quick-drying clothing (long sleeve shirts and safari pants), enough drinking water, sturdy hiking boots, sunscreen, a wide-brimmed hat, a basic first aid kit (adhesive bandages, blister treatment, antiseptic wipes, and pain relievers), a small towel to dry off with, a re-usable water bottle, a rain jacket, a camera (to capture the natural beauty of the waterfall), an insect repellant, a backpack, energy-giving snacks, and trekking poles (which will be provided before beginning the hike).

Best time to enjoy your Sipi Falls Tour

The Sipi Falls tour is available all year round, but the best time is typically during the dry season, especially following a period of rain (January, February, June, July, and August). This is because the waterfall is full and breathtaking while still maintaining relatively dry and less-challenging trails. This makes for a safer and more enjoyable experience. During these months, forest trails are normally less muddy/or slippery and easier to navigate.

Additionally, the clear weather during the dry season allows for better views of the breathtaking landscape.
